Excellent weekend stay in hop basket. Lovely spacious apartment, well equipped with lovely terrace to relax / eat meals on. Swimming pool was fantastic, especially given the weather. Friendly owner who was happy to help.

We booked Hop Bin as accommodation when attending my son's wedding nearby and decided to use the opportunity to stay on for the week and explore Kent. My daughter and family had Hop Basket which can be linked on the first floor with a shared terrace. We could not have made a better choice and will definitely look to return.

Sally and Jonathon were very welcoming. The property is well appointed, well equipped, clean and airy, spacious and comfortable. Even in the high temperatures of July we were able to create a through draft to keep the temperature down.
The facilities are great - swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area and a games room. We didn't have time to use them all!
This is a good base for touring and after sightseeing you can return to relax by the pool and then choose to eat on the terrace or at one of several local pubs.
The only downside is variabe wifi speed due to distance from the exchange, but it really would be a shame to miss out on this property just because of that. We will be coming back!

Wonderful apartment.  Modern and clean.  So very comfortable - a 'home from home'.  Specially love the swimming pool!  Warm and friendly reception - made our stay perfect.  Thank you Sally.  We will return again (and again!)

What an amazing place.  The accommodation is first class and plenty of space for our family of 5.  The weather meant the pool got lots of use!  Panoramic views of the country and walks through the countryside topped it all off.  Thank you Sally

Between house moves, we had a lovely stay for 3 weeks in the Bin Hop - comfortable and well-equipped, with an outdoor seating area and communal swimming pool. Would recommend.

Had a really good time.  Chartwell and Ightham Mote well worth a visit.  Enjoyed meals at Poacher & Partridge. Very comfortable and well equipped.  Would like to come back in the summer so we could enjoy the swimming pool.  Thank you Sally & Jonathan for their warm welcome.

The location is very convenient for travelling to London by train - only 10 mins drive to the mainline station. Approx. 10 mins drive to a large Odeon Cinema complex. Most helpful and friendly owners. Always a wonderful welcome. Most definitely recommend this accommodation for couples and families with children. We aways have a superb stay!

Great games room with pool table and dart board. Their is also a well kept and equipped all weather tennis court and a good sized swimming pool in a safe contained area. Easily accessed laundry room. BBQ area with children's play area including swings and playhouse. Wonderful large park area that is perfect for picnics and ball games.
