Just off the kitchen you’ll discover a roomy double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, complete with ‘his and her’ wash basins and a bath with overhead shower. An additional, spacious twin room with plenty of wardrobe storage boasts a luxury countryside feel. From the twin there’s access to an additional single room — perfect for having a family member nearby. These two rooms have shared access to a convenient split level shower room. An extra, fold-out bed can be provided to offer sleeping space for six.

For groups of more than six, Hop Kilns can be linked through double doors to neighbouring property, Hop Pocket, creating one big apartment. In the summer, an attractive patio area to the rear of the property plays host to several picnic benches where al fresco dining becomes a part of daily life.

A brick-built, coal barbecue is a must for those long summer evenings whilst a large tennis court and swimming pool will provide hours of leisure. A handcrafted tree house, play area and indoor games room will keep the children engaged throughout their stay.

Just around the corner, History lovers can get lost amongst the wonders of Tonbridge Castle, whilst sporting enthusiasts can spend a day sailing or wind-surfing in the largest area of inland water in the South-East — Bewl Water. Kids will love swinging through the trees at Go Ape or rock climbing at Bowles Outdoor Centre, just 15 minutes away. After all that, you’ll be ready to return to the comforts of Hop Kilns.
