Climb the internal staircase to reach a double master bedroom with characterful, cosy wooden beams and irresistible, rustic appeal. The only other room on this floor? A modern bathroom with a slanted window, which offers the ultimate spot for stargazing from the bath tub.

On the first floor, a homely lounge with farmland views provides a place to unwind after a day exploring the surrounding Kent countryside. You’ll find everything you need for enjoying home-cooked meals in the well equipped kitchen and cosy dining area. You could even head outside to the shared balcony, where you’ll find a large picnic table and panoramic views of the landscaped gardens — the perfect place for watching the sun go down.

Al fresco breakfasts and lazy lunches can be enjoyed as the children are in full view on the tennis court below.
